Luminous Life LIVE Group Sessions

Whether you are new to meditation or have had a practice for a long time - the Luminous Life practices with Lamya will be a space for you to connect - with yourself & learn to love and care for yourself more authentically!

 

For the Luminous Life LIVE sessions Lamya curates potent practices for Manifestation and Healing and offers simple tools to help you find more clarity, balance and joy in your life!

 

The most wonderful aspect of the Luminous Life LIVE sessions is having a supportive community to navigate life during these unprecedented times.  Lamya dedicates this time to her ever-growing sangha (community of awakened beings) to learn, grow, share, inquire and connect with other like-minded humans!

Luminous Life LIVE sessions are synchronised with the lunar cycles & are 90 minutes long, held  once a fortnight. 

Note: Once you sign up, you will receive a recording of the class whether or not you attend the LIVE session. It is highly recommended to attend your first session online with Lamya to get used to her presentation style and are able to make the most of the session when you do it on your own.
